Basically brand new other than taking out of the box and packaging. I never applied it to the vehicle. I wrapped it with vinyl to match my current vinyl wrap on my car. You can easily peel off the vinyl, and it will reveal the gloss black the mounting of the side skirts do not use the factory holes instead they are applied by self tapping screws. 2 and a half inches is what works. These retail for $540 and that does not include shipping. I am selling for $400.
