New, full bottles. This came as a gift set in a tall cylindrical glass container with white fabric gloves and loofa. The top was not covered so the gloves and loofa were very dusty. I decided not to sell those. The shower gel bottle is a little dented. I do not know the condition of the body cream as I did not open it to test. I did shake the bottle. It did not sound watery so I think the formula is fine. Watery lotion usually means the formula has separated.
