Step 2: Distribute The Grounds Evenly In The Portafilter Using Your Preferred Method. Step 3: Place The Tamper On Top Of The Grounds In The Portafilter, Ensuring It'S Level And Centered. Step 4: Apply Downward Pressure On The Tamper Until You Feel The Calibrated Spring Mechanism Compress.
