For sale: AKG K340 headphones, offered to clear out my collection.

These are very rare and rarely sold at low prices on the market. Even working headphones often sell for over 35,000 yen. The sound quality is very unique; while the bass may feel a bit flat, the true appeal of these headphones lies in the natural mid and high frequencies produced by the electrostatic driver technology. Also, a decent amplifier is required to get the most out of these headphones. This configuration was unparalleled at the time of release, proving AKG's truly innovative ideas compared to competing products from Sennheiser, Beyerdynamic, and Sony.

Please see the photos. The headphones are in generally good condition. There is some wear and tear, but no defects such as cracks. The cable is in good condition, and the connector is 3.5mm. I removed the headband strap system, which had deteriorated with age, and replaced it with a high-quality headband cover costing 8,000 yen because I didn't like the original. The only drawback is that the headphones are one-size-fits-all. However, I think it will be fine for people with a normal head shape like mine. The ear pads are still usable, but please be aware that they may need to be replaced in the future.
