Beautiful antique Art Deco men's 14k yellow gold broken ring setting with curved rectangular black onyx cabochon with a gold crest of a shield and axes with the monogram FCB. The gold has been tested for purity. The back of the setting is not stamped as it was likely marked on the original band. The bezel is broken off of 1 side of the cabochon and you can see that there is filler added under the cabochon to raise the stone up in the setting. The setting measures 18.4mm x 13.3mm.
