It has been well loved!
The spine & pages are secure.
The spine has some paper missing & part of it is missing at the top & bottom.
Cover edges & corners have wear & some rips & tears.

The center front has a window cutout w a color lithograph print inset of a family scene & it's still bright & colorful!
