Uncommon brass figural cigar cutter with vesta case as a Veuve Cliquot champagne bottle.
It was made in Austria in 1870.
Press the steel 1/2 circle to release the cigar cutter (in working condition).
Flip the top to open and reveal the vesta (In America, it is known as a match safe).
A lovely and rare addition to add to one’s cigar collection, or start one as I did many years ago.
