This is a beautiful and rare piece. The necklace isn’t dated but is very old, possibly actual Victorian Era. The chain and setting are a brass color but I think it was silver covered at one point in its life. The chain has two glass/stone accent beads and the cameo itself is set in an ornate 3D flower setting. Pendant it’s self is 2" long.
