2nd album by the acid jazz to organic hip-hop unit led by SPEECH! A great album from 1994, incorporating the essence of ethnic music from Africa and other places, with conscious lyrics.

The album starts with a speech by the group's spiritual leader, "Baba Oje," and includes the classic "Ease My Mind," which samples George Clinton / OPEN ALL NIGHT DRUMS, "Africa's Inside Me" which uses "Joe Sample / In All My Wildest Dreams," and the pastoral "Pride," among others. This album features a collection of spiritual and organic Hip Hop, which was very different from the hardcore rap that was mainstream at the time.

A masterpiece second album from "Arrested Development," a great group centered around "Speech," released in 1994.
