THE BEATLES / ANTHOLOGY EXTRA : ANNIVERSARY EDITION
EXPANDED AND REVISED 2025 NEW COMPILATION
[3CD] GOLDIES GSB2504CD1/2/3

■ 30th Anniversary Edition with all new masters, including newly discovered and previously unreleased tracks
■ A new, expanded and revised edition featuring a total of 89 tracks, adding only unreleased tracks from the previous series
■ Includes the latest upgraded sound sources, including original demo recordings to be newly released in 2026, stereo demixes, and newly edited remixes

This compilation adds only unreleased tracks from "Anthology 1-3," and is a must-have, featuring unreleased tracks from the official "Anthology 4" as well as newly discovered outtakes and demos. This new, expanded and revised edition features a total of 89 tracks. As with the previous series, the sound quality has been improved, and the tracks have been edited without cuts. Demixes converted from mono to real stereo using AI editing have also been adopted. This "Extra" edition is a must-see, featuring all new masters based on new sound sources, including newly discovered and previously unreleased tracks. The tracks are basically arranged chronologically, starting with five original demo recordings (not covers) composed by Paul at his home in 1960. As Paul mentioned in the movie "Let It Be," this is a historical record that shows he was composing songs almost every day from this time. The live performance at the Star Club in Hamburg in '62, after Ringo joined, is included with the latest restored stereo demix. Familiar Beatles numbers, both original and cover songs, that would later become live repertoire and recordings are selected, and you can see the differences. The three demos from '63 are newly discovered recordings that were rumored to exist at auction, including "Misery" from the Cavern, the complete versions of "Love of the Loved" and "What Goes On," and the longest version of "If I Fell." Many of the studio outtakes have also been converted from their original mono to stereo demixes, and the beginnings and endings of the songs, as well as the editing, are different. These are familiar outtakes, but with recently updated versions.
