Absolutely charming BABW Alpa Teddy and Yokohama Teddy in phenomenal condition! These bears were from a series of colorful Japanese city bears and were available exclusively at Ikebukuro Sunshine stores. The pink one is the version without "Tokyo" embroidered on its foot; "Yokohama" is embroidered on the foot of the blue one.
Fluffy soft fur! Big ears and endearing faces make these the perfect friend for any collector or enthusiast. Reminds me of cherry blossoms and puffy clouds in spring :-)
Original swing tags still attached!
Yokohama has a vague ocean-y odor; not musty, damp, or foul; detectable only up close
Eyes have light scratching
Alpa tags are creased; swing tag is faded
Some fur trapped in seams; notably the feet
