"BUNON" means weaving. In Somnakhi village, one of the villages that produces silk fabric, women spin the yarn by hand and men weave by hand, preserving a manufacturing method that has remained unchanged for 1300 years. The aim is to combine authentic khadi, which has become rare even within India, and handcrafted production with modern and sophisticated designs.
The organza, cut into squares, is held in place with embroidery like dots, creating a textile that resembles hydrangeas.
