This is a summer hat from CA4LA that I bought last year❣️
This year, they've released it in different colors.
It has a string, so it's convenient and won't blow away in the wind... I bought it at a department store in Tokyo and wore it for about an hour once.
I also had a sweatband attached, so I'll pass it on as is.
The frills are cute and add to the cuteness. The sun is still strong, so it looks like it will be useful.
