“Hilmar August Reksten (1897-1980) was a Norwegian shipping magnate. In 1973, he was counted among the world's richest men.”
Some of the featured lots include: The Tweeddale Testimonial; A George III Two-Handled Oval Soup Tureen and Cover; A Queen Anne Irish circular strawberry dish; and more.
Condition is used. There are some notes written in ink on the front endpaper. The interior pages have slight yellowing at edges. Front cover board is slightly warped. There is an ink mark on the bottom page edges near the spine. The dust jacket has some edge wear with light paper loss. There is overall wear including light scuffing due to age and use. Interior pages are in good condition.
