This December 21, 1937 Original Walt Disney animated classic was released in 1994 in this VHS home move format the following a very limited run, was returned to the infamous Disney "vault" in April, 1996. This MUST-HAVE collector edition is rare in more ways than one, as this particular VHS #1524 (still) has the original "proof of Purchase" tag still attached to the clamshell case insert.
