This stunning eagle and serpent alebrije was carved and painted by Felipe Ramirez and Lilia Gabriela of Oaxaca, Mexico. It is one of a kind with a unique shape and intricate Zapotec designs. I've listed it as used, but it came via a shop owner in California, and I haven't displayed it. The shop owner told me it glows under black light. I finally bought one of the bulbs to test it and only the orange spots really glow, but it has a neat effect that you can sort of see in the second photo. It's about 11 inches tall.
