Pilgrim Art Glass Genuine Cranberry Glass. Bowl with curvy edging at top. Approximately 5" tall and 5" wide. This is one of the smaller collectibles that's harder to find than the larger pieces. Pilgrim Glass Company W. Virginia 1949 to 4/1/2002.
By 1968 Pilgrims plant manager Karel Konrad was able to replicate the look of victorian era cranberry glass. This has the brand mark on bottom which I believe to be older than the more mass produced version with a foil sticker or tags that were later included. What makes Pilgrim's Cranberry Glass so special is the way it's made: solid gold fused with lead crystal - according to the manufacturer. Blown by mouth and shaped by hand. Perfect for a single rose or daisy!
