The Extreme Networks ACC-MBO-KT-AX is a mounting adapter that gives network installers a straightforward way to secure 802.11ax and cloud managed access points in outdoor locations. It is built for use with Extreme Networks hardware, so fit and performance are predictable from the first installation.

The construction is robust and weather resistant, standing up to rain, dust, and wide temperature swings that can be found on rooftops, stadium catwalks, loading docks, or campus walkways. This durability keeps the attached access point protected and operating without unwanted downtime.

Installers can tilt the bracket after mounting, then lock it in place. The ability to fine tune the angle helps align antennas for stronger client connections and reduced interference, which is especially helpful when covering large open spaces or directional point-to-point links.

The adapter works out of the box with Extreme Networks AP460xxxC access points and pairs with several Extreme mounting brackets, including KT-147407-02, KT-150173-01, and MBO-ART02.
