The Goldie by Sourhouse™ creates the ideal temperature so you don't have to wait for conditions to be perfect. Simply turn on the Goldie, place your jar of starter inside the clear-glass warming dome, and the consistent, draft-free environment allows bacteria and yeast to be at their most active to develop a robust and flavorful starter.

Warms starter to 75°F–82°F.
