I have taken this xbox apart (some tabs broke while doing so) cleaned and replaced the thermal paste, replaced the non-functioning disk drive, added a 250 xbox hard drive, and bought a replacement controller. The controller has wear and a chip missing off the back but it works great. I replaced the missing battery back on the controller, too. I replaced the screws in the controller as the other ones were stripped. The video shows that the disc drive works and will load a game (WHICH IS NOT INCLUDED). There is no sound on the game start up as I used a PC monitor and didn't have any speakers.
