This dress I bought in a vintage shop for £70. I couldn’t resist it as it is beautiful. It has a label on it saying 40 but the stitching looks mostly hand done so I think it was made for someone? It is cotton - white chiffon with navy blue dots and a navy trim down the tiered skirt. The top is a bit see through - the skirt has a petticoat. It has a round scooped neck and slightly puffed sleeves. There is a zip at the side and I think it would look best in a size 10 or 12. Sins of the threads are showing but I think this is where it’s been over stitched to finish off - it’s certainly very wearable. I’ve never seen anything like this dress, it’s absolutely beautiful on and off. I wore it once for a lunch years ago and felt like Audrey Hepburn in it! Great for a wedding!
