Each box contains a sealed tray of eight Shortbread Fingers with Warming Stem Ginger. Shortbread House's Stem Ginger Shortbread has been a worthy winner of Gold and Silver Great Taste Awards on many occasions.
Using best quality butter and a little ground rice gives a delicious flavor and a light crisp texture.
