This was not displayed except when it was being sold at the store. Has Contract for Deed & Certificate of Authenticity!!
Piece is in excellent condition! I have about 14 of these I am listing so check out all of them & pick your favorite! These are becoming quite rare & are highly collectible. They came with what they call a Contract for Deed paper in each of the boxes but I don't have them for most of my collection. If I do have it I will list it below.
I also have a bunch of Dept 56 Christmas & Halloween ones & some peek-a-book houses from Kurt S Adler.
They are really awesome too!!!
