I am selling this item because I tested it outdoors once and it didn't suit me.
There is some wear and tear, but there is no damage and it is in reasonably good condition. There is slight rust on the dot buttons, but I have maintained them with silicone oil.

Shadow Elite Single Rapid Access Magazine Pouch. These fully adjustable open-top magazine pouches use hard plastic inserted webbing sides and a Cordura body, with adjustable shock cord retention. They secure almost any magazine, and the open-top design allows for quick access for rapid reloads. The single rapid magazine pouch is a versatile magazine pouch that can hold a variety of 5.56mm magazines, including P-Mags. It can also hold various other magazines such as 7.62mm x 39mm AK magazines, M14, and FAL. The main pouch can be adapted to carry flashbangs, radios, or items of similar size. Size adjustment is done by the laced elastic shock cord that runs through the sides of the pouch.

YKK nylon buckles for silent closure.
High tensile strength nylon webbing.
High tensile strength composite nylon thread, stronger than standard industry standard nylon thread.
Premium closed-cell foam padding material for superior impact protection.
Internal seams are taped.
All stress points are double-stitched, bartacked, or 'X-box' stitched for added strength.
