Extremely rare! This fairy is marked as small on the tag, but this is an error, and it is the medium size.  approximately 18 inches tall. There is one very tiny tear in one of the wings, but it is not noticeable when you position them to display. the birthday cake tucks under his arm, and is not actually glued to the fairy.  young, good antique, vintage condition, and very rare with the rainbow wings.!
