This is the Moncler Japan Josephine spring coat, also featured in VERY magazine and worn by Makiko Takizawa.
I purchased it, but the size didn't fit, so it has been stored in my closet.
The waist can be cinched and adjusted for wear. The hood is removable. The design is slightly longer in the back. A small, tone-on-tone Moncler patch is on the sleeve.
