This is a 2nd patent model crew neck sweatshirt, a reproduction of the "REVERSE WEAVE®" which obtained its second manufacturing patent in 1952.
The fabric, which is normally used vertically, is used horizontally to prevent vertical shrinkage. At the same time, the "EXPANSION GUSSET" on both sides, which was not present in the 1938 1st model, was adopted to reduce the effects of horizontal shrinkage and allow for ease of movement. This improvement led to the acquisition of the second manufacturing patent.
The "Tatakitag" (stitched tag), which has all four sides sewn, is also reproduced with the details of the time. The collar name, which indicates the patent numbers of "REVERSE WEAVE®" and "EXPANSION GUSSET", is also faithfully reproduced.
This product is a reproduction of the product from the era when the C logo patch was not attached to the left sleeve, so the C logo patch is not attached to the left sleeve.
