For 1997, Ertl really made an effort to do something special for the Dutch L.C.N. (Landbouwminiaturen Club Nederland) fair. It was issued as the Italian version of the New Holland 8260, which was sold throughout Continental Europe as the New Holland-Fiatagri M115. The casting differed from the American version in that the rear mudguards were wider and differently shaped. It was also differently finished, in the Fiat colours of dark red with white wheels, chocolate brown chassis and beige cab interior.
Both models were packaged in the customary silver boxes, although the American version had blue printing and the European version was in black.
