The lamp is new in an open box has not been used other then tested to make sure it works. The box has some issues there is a hole on one side and the bottom has a stain where it had sit in some water. The lamp is not damaged and is still brand new with the plastic around it. Other then that it's complete and everything works as it should very cool lamp and an uncommon find and rare to find with the box.
