The condition is very good. I am the second owner, when I purchased her, her hair was horrible, so I bought a custom wig for her that is much softer and thicker. I changed the wigs myself and since then have kept the hairnet on her. I also recently tightened all her limbs, and hand cleaned her body and clothes. She also comes with her box. She does have her earrings, her hair just covers them. :)
