PS5 compatible hitbox leverless controller with added buttons

This leverless controller is a modified original Hitbox, with additional buttons and an internal Pico Fighting Board (GP2040-CE v0.7.7).

By combining the USB passthrough function with the internal board of the Hori Fighting Commander FPS Plus, it can operate for over 8 minutes in PS5 fighting games only. While it should be fine for now, permanent circumvention is not guaranteed.

Supported hardware includes PC (xinput), PS4/5, PS3, and Switch 1/2.

The buttons are all 24mm Sanwa normal (OBSF-24/30) buttons, modified with 1mm thick aluminum washers for a short stroke. This enhances performance while retaining the characteristic clicking sound and bottoming-out feel of Sanwa buttons.

The unused GPIO19 pin on the back left can be assigned various functions. Currently, it's assigned a macro function; pressing the rightmost button and strong punch simultaneously will perform the Drive Parry (all PK pressed simultaneously) in Street Fighter 6.

The controller itself is based on a unit with minimal use. There are minor scratches from use, mainly on the top panel and buttons, but there are no noticeable scratches, and the overall condition is good.

Included accessories are a dedicated USB connection cable, the original box, documentation, a storage bag, and a simple instruction manual.

Operation has been confirmed on the PC and PS4 versions of Street Fighter 6. Buyers of controllers using the same board have also confirmed operation on PS5.
