The house itself is crack and chip free. It is in excellent condition. The original house came with an auxiliary cord, which had the lightbulb and a secondary plug included for the lanterns in the front of the house. I do not have the auxiliary cord so what you are seeing in the picture is just a regular department 56 bulb cord. If you are lucky and have an auxiliary cord, then you could easily turn this into a fully functional house, however, I do not have it.
As far as the horse and cart, the horse is missing one of the pegs that holds the cart onto the horse. If I were going to keep it, I would probably just glue it to the side. The other side of the horse does have this peg.
The cart has damage to the Abbey sign. Please see all photos before buying The other side of the cart sign is better. If you need more photos, please just message me.
Included is the little chocolate sign on the side of the building.
