Not to be confused with the 43/165 Dragonite card. This is the 9/165 holo rare from the same set.
Card is in good condition. Never played with and kept in a binder, only taken out to admire. It does have some light scratches that are only visible if you tilt the card a certain way, and some whitening around the edges from age (see photos). I tried to get as many angles as possible.
