This is a SEDITIONARIES-type mohair knit. It has a Hangman-esque element, making it quite a rare item, I think.
It's a slightly low-gauge knit. The inner layer might be a little see-through.
A tag is attached to the sleeve, with a black tag sewn on that reads:

However, the details of authenticity are unknown. I apologize.
It's a classic Seditionaries mohair, but I think it has a design that won't be seen on anyone else!
