I've had this necklace since 1972 when I was a teenager. It's adjustable from 14-15 inches. Just needs a good polish.
835 silver is 83.5% silver (sterling silver is 92.5%), typically made in Germany. I love that alloy, as from my experience, it tarnishes less. My German grandparents bought this for me and I loved it!
The hearts are attached to the necklace. Wonderful gift for a teenager.
