She bought it at very fine store in Cherry Creek ,Denver Colorado.
I am just guessing I the late 1940 or Mid 1950.
The backstory is her husband said she could have that or the A fine painting by a Gustavo Vidal.

The signature on the underside means nothing to me.
It is stunning as far as tea pots go.
