This is a pair of original art Cels from the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles animated cartoon series.......They were released by a company called WMS Inc. and have Certificates Of Authenticity......One of them is missing the cardboard tag at the top and the other one has some tears and holes in the plastic bag of the packaging........The art cels seem to be in very good condition otherwise...........WITH THAT SAID, PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS AN AS IS SALE WITH NO RETURNS, SO ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE PURCHASE IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS.
