Vintage Baldelli Italy Large Ceramic Bowl Sponge Painted Purple Blue Speckled

Vintage Baldelli large ceramic bowl. Acquired from a private estate collection, this artistic Italian bowl is hand painted with a purple and blue speckled confetti sponge pattern. It is unglazed with a raw matte finish. The large size makes for a perfect fruit / salad bowl, serving bowl, or centerpiece for the kitchen counter, dining table, or coffee table. Reads “Designed by Baldelli” and stamped “Italy” on base. 12.75” diameter with a solid heavy feel, weighing over 3 pounds. Good pre-owned condition with no chips or cracks, just two small areas where paint is rubbed along rim, and light brown staining from firing process on interior base (many of their unglazed designs show this).
