Vintage Icing Paper Straw Hat; Tan W/Jute Band; Blue Stones/Pewter Fthr Charms

This beautiful western & bohemian inspired hat is by Icing. Made of woven paper straw in tan with a tea-stained design, hat has a dark brown double jute string band with six large stones attached in colors of sapphire blue, sky blue & light turquoise, tied together in a sweet bow in the back. In between the stones are two pewter metal feather charms. Has a 4 1/2” high crown with a teardrop topped shape. Interior has a 1” wide dark tan colored ribbon band around the opening with an Icing fabric tag sewn in. Dimensions 13 1/2” through the middle, 11” long, 7” wide interior & 22” circumference. The hat is from the late 1990’s & is in wonderful vintage condition. Slight wear on top but no tears, holes, stains or flaws to woven paper straw on exterior or interior or to interior ribbon band.
