Very three dimensional. C pin safety clasp. Marked TC-137 Mexico 925, about 2¼" × 2⅜".
Former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, a pin aficionado, included a similar pin in her 2009 book titled 'Read My Pins - Stories From a Diplomat's Jewel Box'. She explained that the 8 figures on the pin represented (to her) the Group of Eight (G-8) Foreign Ministers she met with in 1999.
