Vintage Penca de Balangandan Brazilian Slave Amulet Chatelaine Charm Brooch Pin. I do not know the history but did search on Ebay and saw many like this. Good vintage condition. A lot of patina. Not sure what the metal is could be 900 silver. Assuming the green eyes are glass. The pin measures 2 1/4" wide and 1" long. Different measurements of the charms hanging off.
