This is an amazing find and a wonderful piece for any collector.
Condition is pre-owned. Excellent Used Vintage Condition. Both garage doors open! One has a tiny small chip on the lower corner -- see pictures.
There have not been very many of these available anymore. One sold in March of 2017 for $866.37, and it was not as clean as this one and did not have the original box. I am amazed at the condition this is in.
THIS GARAGE IS HUGE! It measures 35 inches x 24 inches x 14 inches.
IT WILL BE SHIPPED UNASSMBLED. However, the original instructions as well as a photocopy that is more readable is included in the box as well.
