VINTAGE Seiko Bell-Matic Black dial Numerals. Keeps Time, needs service. RARE!

This Vintage black dial Seiko Bell-Matic w/ Numerals! Black dial. Keeps time, but needs service! RARE! Not many of these out there, I looked, but received this otherwise good condition automatic watch. Alarm setting ring is stiff, probably due in part to the alarm trigger not properly setting or a corroded pinion gear (look at pictures). I don't maintain watches as yet, but would assume it needs some work still, probably parts replacement. I would take a crack, but would hate to mess up the timing of the automatic movement to try to repair the alarm functions myself. Typical Bell-Matics I own use the top knob to turn on the alarm by pulling out and off by pushing back in. Feels too springy and won't stay cocked. Can hold out to trigger the alarm when set, but won't while wearing (I tried wearing once). Probably a better unisex watch for a smaller wrist- especially with current black leather band. If the Alarm functioned at all better, I would just keep it in my collection.
