This charming little lady has been swaying her way through quite a few decades! Sweetly hand painted w/closed eyes & a contented smile, arms swinging slightly in her flowered gown w/blue bow on back, ribbons forming the openings for faux or real flowers or plants. This particular version of Weil's lady vases/planters is a rare find. (May be an older model?) She's been well cared for, but at 80ish y.o., there is crazing-happens to us all...Artist mark/initials on bottom (3rd to last pic). Very vintage, very collectable.
