Very interesting and beautiful little purse made out of brass. Interior is lined with beautiful Royal purple felt.
Has an ornate clasp and ornate hinge on back.
Has red and blue “gems” on front/back and top of purse.
Has gold-colored chain - purse hangs approx 19”
Top of purse has some rust and wear. There’s also some dents in the purse.
Does open and close, but requires some wiggling to get it to line up so that it may be closed.
I don’t know any history about this really interesting purse. My ex boyfriend gave it to me and he said that he found it in a thrift shop in Las Vegas.
