Vintage 70's Sears Merry Mushroom Stock Pot Dutch Oven

When filled to the rim it takes almost 5 qts of water, so I don't know if you would consider it a 4 quart pot or a 5 quart pot

Measures 4 1/2" tall (not counting the lid)
Measures 10 1/4" diameter (not counting the handles)
13" wide counting the handles

Pot is clean and in very good condition.

The flaws are some chipped areas due to storage.
2 Larger chipped areas on the lid - one of each side - each chip is approx 1" long (see photos).
Some chipped areas on the handles (see photos)
