This is a gorgeous stamped Baroque Wallace silver plate salt cellar bowl, cobalt blue glass insert and matching spoon. The design Grand Baroque was released in 1941 and is one of the most popular. Salt cellars are very collectible ( I didn't know that until I researched it).
Information found on the internet:
The R. Wallace Mfg. Co. released a series of sterling silver patterns created by designer William S. Warren, including this Grande Baroque in 1941. These patterns are called "Three Dimension" because the design of these patterns is apparent from the front, back, or profile. Each of his patterns remain popular; in particular, the Grande Baroque pattern remains a best-seller.
The only thing I see is that the bowl and the spoon have some tiny spots which I think are called oxides. I didn't want to polish them, I think the new owner can decide to leave as is or polish them. I hope the pictures describe the design. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
