These stunning demitasse teacup, saucer and plate sets depict an Empress Ruler & Holy Figures hand painted in moriage (raised enamel) and decorated with gold gilded trim. Iridescent peach lusterware / lustre ware on the inside of the cups. This set dates pre-war 1921-1940. The colors are bright and vibrant with a chocolate matte background.

This amazing set is in excellent vintage condition - no chips or cracks. Consistent with their vintage age there is some light wear on the gold and enamel in some spots.
