Vintage Viking Glass Clear ("Crystal color") Diamond Point Fairy Lamps #6700 in Mint condition. My research says Made in 1968-1969 Catalog per The Musuem of American Glass in W. Va. They are 6 3/4" tall x 4" wide. Found these mint examples of fairy lamps.
"Viking was known for brilliant crystal clear, reds, blues, oranges, greens, etc. Viking was originally called New Martinsville Glass Co Name changed to Viking in 1944 under new management. They were located in New Martinsville, WV and closed in 1998. Credit goes The Musuem of American Glass.
According to Dean Six in the book Mid-Century Glass in America, “Viking was one of the largest and most prolific producers of American glass that embodied the Mid-century Modern aesthetic.
